Welcome to PatriotsOath.com! I'm an American National of the Republic for the united States of America, domiciled on the free state of the Republic of Minnesota. I'm a peace loving human being that loves to help anyone. I love children especially and want for everyone's kids to have a bright future. The chaos and wars have gone on long enough, it's time we all hold hands and help put a stop to violence around the world once and for all. We The People now have a Free Country!

I created this website to spread the word about our re-inhabited and lawful De Jure Government. However, it's up to YOU to help strengthen the Republic, many brave Americans stood up to take control, now it's time for you to join forces, move forward and re-build! Remember, back in the days, government was ran by everyday people like you and I, there were no fake politicians wearing red ties pretending LAW is hard to understand. Common Law is Common Sense, if there is no injured parties, CASE CLOSED. This website is an unofficial extension to our Minnesota Republic website, but members from every free State can utilize this for knowledge, we're all One.

I've also filled this website up with factual information (will add more and more from my own knowledge and crossed referenced sources from others) to help re-educate the public from all the years of dumbing down by the de facto public school system. Because of the wonderful people I'm surrounded by in the Republic, I'm still learning something new every day. I'm not here to convince you to believe what we're doing and what's on this website. My favorite quote of all time is "documentation beats presentation" and there's plenty of documentation for you to make your own judgment. This website is a good start, but take the time and do the research yourself and never stop seeking the truth.

Many out there will not be able to fathom what's in front of them as they learn about the Republic. Most will read or see the truth and right away dis-regard it as being "Not Possible". As humans brought up in this corrupted system for the past 150 years, we're quick to make a judgment out of "emotions" and not facts. That's understandable since we've all been the subject of mental brainwashing. However, in your heart, you KNOW something is wrong in America.

As said to my close friend recently, "After everything that I've learned, exposed to and have in my possession, no denying what is reality and what is an illusion. What you're living in now is an illusion. Reality is what people think is an illusion."

The people of the Republic has accomplished the impossible and our Free Nation will move forward regardless of what anyone says. The power shift already has begun!

Who are “We”? – We are Americans, and Minnesotans. We want true freedom. We are peaceful and dedicated to serving YOU, our countrymen and women. We have taken action–using the pen–through peaceable means, to lawfully re-inhabit our original institutions of government. The most powerful healing for America in 150 years has begun!

We believe that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the united States of America as conceived by the founding fathers and mothers would–if corrected and administered properly by the People–return Americans back to a freedom and prosperity that cannot fully be comprehended.

We believe at this time in history it is the people who may best save our nation. We believe that the current policies and practices by actors that purport to have America’s best interest in mind are morally bankrupt. Thus, it is the responsibility of We the People to create an alternate proposal.

What have “We” done? - We have restored “The Republic for the united States of America” and we Minnesotans have restored the Minnesota Republic. The way to accomplish this was given to us over 220 years ago in America’s founding documents: the Declaration of Independence; the Constitution for the united States of America (circa 1791); the Bill of Rights; Amendments, 11, 12, and original 13.

A plan involving many Americans in all 50 states has been implemented that created a provisional structure where Americans can peaceably assemble and re-inhabit the de Jure (original) seats of governance as intended by our founding fathers. We have formed a provisional (temporary) government as was necessary until we can hold elections throughout the land for Republic members to choose their leaders.

What can “We” offer? – We, being the people who stood up, through the construct of the “Restored Republic” offer to all Americans true liberty, freedom, and justice. All that is required is your say-so, and if you’re motivated to make a difference in these critical times, we offer you a way to take powerful action as a member of the Republic!

What will it do? – As Americans who are not happy with the state of our nation join those who are already re-forming “The Republic for the united States of America”, our future is reclaimed and transformed to a de Jure form of governance as originally intended. The specific benefits will be described in forthcoming press releases.

We the People of Minnesota are making a difference in the future of our country! It is our responsibility to participate in our lawful government. The Supreme Court has said that “. . the De Jure Government offices still exist but the people have failed to occupy them.”

We are dedicated to the renewal of America and her destiny, and we are asking for the participation of all Minnesotans. We welcome people from every ethnic background, every faith (or no faith), and every political party. Come and explore the wonderful things we’re doing together in a natural, self-correcting method of self-governance that thrives on our differences as well as our unity!

Remember Downs v. Bidwell and the dissenting opinion of Justice Marshall Harlan? He said that two national governments exist, one is to be maintained under the Constitution with all its restrictions. This is the government that We the People need to hold our elected public officials accountable to, as servants of the will and authority of the people. Join us and your voice will be heard!

  Re-inhabited and Restored!

The year 1776 marked America’s victory in the war for independence. The lawful right to re-inhabit is inherent in The Declaration of Independence circa 1776. The Declaration, one of our founding documents, declares our right to change, alter or abolish any system of government that we believe is contrary to the safety and security of the American people. In concern for all of humanity, “We the People” re-inhabited our lawful de jure (meaning “by right of legal establishment”) government on March 30, 2010, by serving notice on the de facto corporation, known as the “UNITED STATES”. A lawful grand jury in each of the fifty republic free states created a new Declaration of Independence that was lawfully served on the corporate UNITED STATES informing them that the original de jure government was restored. We have claimed our right to exist as a free and independent people on our land, thus exercising our God-given unalienable rights as defined in our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

On July 21, 2010 “We the People” of the de jure government proclaimed worldwide and made our “Declaration of Sovereignty for the Republic for the united States of America” to The Hague (a.k.a. the International Court of Justice), the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the United Nations (UN).

On September 23, 2010, the first session of congress was convened by the united free state Republics of the re-inhabited united States of America. The seating of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the Republic government were successfully established. This was completed by more than the required two-thirds majority vote of “We the People” on the land of the independent free state Republics. Delegates from more than 42 free state Republics attended, and officers for all three branches of our government have been officially sworn into office, lawfully electing interim President James Timothy Turner and interim Vice President Charles Eugene Wright, along with other established cabinet members with a presiding majority vote of 94% approval. Thus, the Republic government is officially re-inhabited and staffed for the first time since 1868 by the will of “We the People”.

The de facto UNITED STATES CORPORATION was unlawfully established by the forty-first congress in 1871 by deceptive means and without proper consent from “We the People”. The American people were placed under involuntary servitude by a “Legal” system of CORPORATE DEMOCRACY laws that have continually violated the original Republic “Constitution for the united States of America”, “Bill of Rights” and the “Declaration of Independence”. The corporate constitution was changed from the original form, wherein Amendments were unlawfully added and removed without the people’s consent. Since 1871, the abuses of this corporation upon both the international community as well as the American people are inestimable and unconscionable. De facto Congress has repeatedly violated their Oaths of Office, fiduciary responsibilities, and in many cases, committed treasonous acts against “We the People” of the united States of America and the world.

We humbly come forward apologizing for the numerous atrocities we have unknowingly allowed the U.S. CORPORATION to carry out upon the international community. It is our mission to establish the American image of truth, honesty, integrity and honor around the world. Our plan is to rebuild our economy and support other economies around the world, fulfilling humanitarian needs. We will allow our military to withdraw from unnecessary conflicts around the world and promote world peace and prosperity. We intend to follow God the Creator’s command to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and care for the sick, irrespective of creed, religion or race. There is no law against these things.

We are calling on the support of all Nations around the world to help us end the tyranny that has been perpetrated by the unlawful actions of the UNITED STATES CORPORATE DEMOCRACY government. We shall achieve this goal PEACEFULLY AND LAWFULLY, with boldness, integrity and truth, so help us God.

Additional Information

In 2008 the military approached 4 people known as the “4 elders” and the “Restore America Plan” was created, a year later the Restore America Plan was terminated because it wasn’t the right plan and the Republic idea developed.

If someone has an official position in this Republic We can assure you that he/she was absolutely lawfully elected by the people and absolutely and easily can be taken down by the people within a session if he/she is not honoring their Oath, sooner or later everyone will know the details because all this we are doing goes down in the history books.
